Tasting notes
- Type : Sparkling
- Grape variety : Chenin blanc
- Color : Nice intense yellow color, shiny, persistant bubble.
- Nose : Ripe, fruity notes (apple and pear), white flower (acacia), and grilled chestnut. Wrapped in a spicy thread of cinnamon and pepper.
- Palate : Creamy and smooth, envelopping bubble. Stewed fruit an spicy aromas. Elegant and fresh finale.
Food pairing
This sparkling will pair perfectly with cheese platters, sea food such as oysters, or fruit desserts (white, yellow or exotic fruit). Or enjoyed on its own for your celebrations !
